Hebei North University (abbreviation: Hebei NU; Chinese: 河北北方学院 ; Pinyin: Hebei Beifang Xueyuan) is a multi-faculty university in Zhangjiakou, Hebei, China under the provincial government.

Hebei North University was founded in 2003 and combined former three provincial institutions of higher learning in Zhangjiakou with long histories:

Zhangjiakou Medical College (ZJKMC)
Zhangjiakou Teachers College (ZJKMC)
Zhangjiakou Advanced Postsecondary Agriculture School (ZJKAPAS)

Hebei North University has 26 teaching departments, 5 teaching sectors and 2 teaching centers. The university enrolls 15,000 students and registers various categories of adult students 12,000. So far, the university has trained 50,000 from 29 countries and regions. The university occupies a surface of schoolhouse 410,000 m², laboratory 31,000 m², and library 14,200 m².

The College possesses a library with one million volumes and has an affiliated hospital.
