[edit] Comment

'Healthcare' refers to delivery of services, which are a part of the health system but by no means the whole issue.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Zuheir (talk • contribs) 20:10, 13 September 2005 (UTC).

[edit] Neutrality

"Hampering these efforts is the need by donor organizations to account for the "impact" they are having." - No citations are provided for this statement - and even if they were, it would also be necessary to mention the positive reasons (and possibly positive benefits) that donor organisations have for trying to be more accountable, in order to maintain neutrality. What changes do you recommend? I'm unfamiliar with the subject, so I wouldn't know what to do. Although, I am happy to remove anything without a citation! -AED 02:48, 13 May 2006 (UTC)
