Heather Roy (5 March 1964 - ) is a New Zealand politician. She is a member of the ACT New Zealand party. In the 1999 elections, she was ranked tenth on ACT's party list, and narrowly missed out on a seat in Parliament. In the 2002 elections, however, she was ranked ninth, and was elected as a list MP. Before entering politics, she was a physiotherapist.
In June 2005, she was promoted from 9th list position to 2nd position - even though she was not the party's deputy leader at the time.
She recently completed training with the New Zealand Army Territorials.
