Heather Harlan, (born in 1970 in Richmond, Virginia and raised in Florida), was the second wife of Tony Randall.
She received a BFA degree in Theater from New York University in 1992 and has appeared in five Broadway shows for Tony Randall's theatre company, The National Actor's Theatre.
Heather met Tony, and they were married on November 17, 1995, by then-New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, even though Randall had some reservations about the age difference between them (50 years).
They had two children, Julia Laurette Randall (b. 1997) and Jefferson Salvini Randall (b. 1998).
Heather Harlan is a relative of deceased former Supreme Court Justice John Marshall Harlan.
