Heather Halley is an American actor and voice actor. She is best known as the English voice of Para-Medic in Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. She also played the main heroine, Tear Grants, in Namco's "Tales of the Abyss" and Chloe Valens from "Tales of Legendia". Recently, She played the role of a minor character named Miyoko in "Rogue Galaxy".
