Heathcote Junction is a railway station in Victoria, Australia, located in the town of Heathcote Junction, on the Albury and Shepparton railway lines.
Heathcote Junction station is unmanned.

The station is located bewteen Epping-Kilmore Road and Rail Street. The Melbourne - Sydney SG line is adjacent to the station.

The station consists of two side platforms. Both platforms contain shelters. A level cross is located at the DOWN end of the station, whilst the remains of a former signal box is located at the UP end of the station.
Both platforms can be accessed via Epping-Kilmore Road.

Heathcote Junction station originally opened on Thursday, 18 April 1872.
