Heart Corporation, also known as Heart English School, is a private school and dispatch company based in Mito, Ibaraki, Japan. It is a major company in the ALT industry and the fastest growing, with over 150 teachers in the Eastern part of the country, placed throughout Eastern Japan (from Tokyo to Hokkaido) as of the 2007 school year. In addition, teachers of English, Chinese, Korean, and Thai language under employ are dispatched to tutor employees of private companies throughout Kanto.

Heart is notable for being the first and thus-far only ALT dispatch company to undergo ISO 9001 certification to assure proper, efficient, and legal business management in addition to certification from the Japanese Ministries of Labor and Education. Despite this, just as with other ALT dispatch companies, occasional disagreements between management and both school boards and ALTs occur.
