HealthCare Volunteer, is a Los Angeles non-profit organization founded in January, 2006 by Neilesh (Neil) Patel and Elliot Mendelsohn. The organization connects people to health care volunteering opportunities around the world using free Internet services. The non-profit also provides services to volunteers who need help with visa, malpractice laws abroad and work permit issues while volunteering in foreign countries.
