Headroll

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The headroll is a contact juggling trick involving rolling an object around on the juggler's head. The most commonly performed version is rolling a ball from temple to temple, across the forehead. Some points of control where an object might be held in a balance, placement, or trap include: the temple, the center of the forehead, the back of the neck, the eye socket, and the mouth. Bobby May is said to have had a deformity--an indentation--on top of his head that allowed him to place a ball there and more or less forget about it. Henry VIII is believed to have performed headrolls.
