He Shoots, They Snore is the twenty-first episode of season four of the television situation comedy Will & Grace.

Will takes Elliot to a weekend basketball tournament in Connecticut when Jack can't make it, only for Jack to miss Elliot's first kiss. And Grace attempts to pull together a design class of slackers.
