Dont care much for people around here.. Especially when they spam my own page.

There isn't really much to discuss, you keep adding a useless link to the pages, I've checked it out and it had like one topic per sub forum and now it appears to have been taken down altogether. XdiabolicalX 00:23, 28 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Speedy deletion notice

A tag has been placed on I Let Go, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is notable, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Seraphimblade 18:52, 31 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] License tagging for Image:Lifelessep.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Lifelessep.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 22:09, 2 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Unspecified source for Image:Asfriendsrustband.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Asfriendsrustband.jpg. I notice the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this file yourself, then there needs to be a justification explaining why we have the right to use it on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you did not create the file yourself, then you need to specify where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the file also doesn't have a copyright tag, then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{fairusein|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 07:03, 3 January 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. LowKarmaError 07:03, 3 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Asfriendsrustband.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Asfriendsrustband.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that the image is unlicensed for use on Wikipedia and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. LowKarmaError 07:03, 3 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Image:EighteenvisionsBand.jpg listed for deletion

Dear uploader: The media file you uploaded as Image:EighteenvisionsBand.jpg has been listed for speedy deletion because you selected a copyright license type implying some type of restricted use, such as for non-commercial use only, or for educational use only or for use on Wikipedia by permission. While it might seem reasonable to assume that such files can be freely used on Wikipedia, a non-profit website, this is in fact not the case. Please do not upload any more files with these restrictions on them, because content on Wikipedia needs to be compatible with the GNU Free Documentation License, which allows anyone to use it for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial.

If you created this media file and want to use it on Wikipedia, you may re-upload it (or amend the image description if it has not yet been deleted) and use the license {{GFDL-self}} to license it under the GFDL, or {{cc-by-sa-2.5}} to license it under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license, or use {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain.

If you did not create this media file but want to use it on Wikipedia, there are two ways to proceed. First, you may choose one of the fair use tags from this list if you believe one of those fair use rationales applies to this file. Second, you may want to contact the copyright holder and request that they make the media available under a free license.

If you have any questions please ask at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you. RHaworth 15:54, 23 January 2007 (UTC)

Given the very explicit release on the website, why do apply a deletion-requesting template here. It is a waste of time. -- RHaworth 15:54, 23 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Band article creation: Culture (Hardcore Band)

Through a web search I wasn't able to find any reference to a band by this name. This suggests to me that they may not be notable enough to warrant an article on Wikipedia. Can you point me in the direction of some articles, or album reviews of some kind? That would certainly help in any kind of notability argument. - HammerHeadHuman 21:26, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

I have in fact forgotten to add the External Links. I will add the ones to the direct record label right now. please check back in 5 minutes. I made the page in fact so that people will find information on this band, as for this reason, there is very little on google, and i find it absurd that such a good band has no reference.
I have added the links (i will find more tonight). though they are few, i believe this band should be allowed on wiki, as you can see the members are on many other bands, allowed on this site (shai hulud, as friends rust, etc etc). they do not all have individual pages yet, but i am working on that.

[edit] Harmonium

When an article title is in French, as with Si on avait besoin d'une cinquième saison, then French capitalization rules take precedence over English ones. Bearcat 11:55, 4 March 2007 (UTC)
