[edit] NPOV tag

It seems to be the article is built like a story told by someone, possibly someone related to the ship (part of the crew perhaps?). The sections about the Iraqi war are very NPOV and contain alot of insinuations. I think the whole article needs restructuring. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Itake (talkcontribs) 01:06, 18 January 2006 (UTC).

I have now moved the information that was about the class in general to a new article, Niels Juel class corvette and tried seeding out POV (2nd Gulf war -> Iraq War etc.) and typos. ~Hope that helps a bit. κаллэмакс 22:08, 19 May 2006 (UTC)

but who was Olfert Fischer actually? on the Niels Juel class corvette page there's little info, saying that he was a navy officer, but it would be interesting to know who he was. as he even has a street named after him in copenhagen. 80.62.29.59 20:25, 23 May 2006 (UTC)olli

He was a Danish-Norwegian naval leader during the Battle of Copenhagen (1801) against the British fleet. --Kristjan Wager 20:10, 11 June 2006 (UTC)
