The Howard County Youth Program, HCYP Inc., is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a forum for the youth of Howard County to participate in organized sports. HCYP sponsors programs in Baseball, Basketball, Softball, and Volleyball. Through these programs, teach the fundamentals and skills of each sport, teach good sportsmanship and fair play, and to provide a safe and wholesome community activity for both players and families of Howard County.

HCYP operates through volunteers, using funds provided by its membership and sponsors. HCYP is independent of the Howard County government, the department of recreation and parks, and the board of education.
