The HCW Kamehameha Heritage Championship is the most prestigious championship in the American professional wrestling promotion Hawai'i Championship Wrestling.

Lopaka 2 December 20, 2003 Kāne'ohe, Hawaii Last eliminated Super Fly Ete in a battle royal to win the vacant title.
Kensuke Sasaki 1 January 10, 2004 Kāne'ohe, Hawaii
Title later vacated due to inactivity.
Kenjiro Katahira 1 October 8, 2005 Wahiawā, Hawaii Defeated Kaimana by knockout in the finals of a gauntlet match to win the vacant title. Also defeated Super Fly Ete to unify the NWA Hawaii Heavyweight Championship with the Kamehameha Heritage title on November 18, 2005.
Title vacated on March 11, 2006 after Katahira "returned to Japan".
J.T. Wolfen 1 March 11, 2006 Wahiawā, Hawaii Won an 11-man Battle Royal to win the vacant title.
Title later vacated due to Wolfen no-showing an HCW event, prompting management to declare the title vacant and hold a tournament to determine a new champion..
Kaimana 1 September 23, 2006 Wahiawā, Hawaii Won a tournament to win the vacant title.
