This is mainly a sign, taken from Image:US_DOT_FHWA_MUTCD_SHS_2004_3-7_M1-6_450x450mm_00.svg for the pentagon template, the purple color from the Harris County Toll Road Authority webpage and adapted. Logo in center is copyright HCTRA (hence the logo tag in the summary). Edited in Photoshop using the Roadgeek 2005 fonts.
