Hockey Club Kladno is an ice hockey team in the Czech Elite League which plays in Kladno, Czech Republic. Teams in the Czech Elite league are known by the names of sponsors, which can change periodically; the Kladno team is currently known as HC Rabat Kladno. Their home arena is Zimní Stadion.

Kladno was a particularly strong team in the late 1970's, when it won four consecutive league titles (1975 - 1978), and again in 1980. The team's star, Milan Nový, was league MVP in 1977, 1981, and 1982, and won six scoring titles. František Pospíšil was league MVP in 1971 and 1972. Jaromír Jágr played for his hometown Kladno for part or all of the four seasons he played in Czechoslovakia.

HC Kladno is renowned for its ability to produce excellent NHL players, from HC Kladno are superstars Jaromír Jágr, Patrik Eliáš, Nashville Predators' goaltender Tomáš Vokoun, defensemen Marek Židlický, brothers Tomáš Kaberle and František Kaberle, Radek Smoleňák, and Michal Pivoňka. Other Kladno graduates include former NHLers Martin Procházka and Pavel Patera.
In the most recent NHL draft, top propects Michael Frolík and Jiří Tlustý both came from HC Kladno. Also draftees defenseman David Růžička and winger Martin Látal were also products of Klando.
