HBI International

HBI International is a company that sells both roll-your-own tobacco products and digital scales. The digital scale division, called HBI Technologies, has offices in the United States, Canada, and Europe, and claim to be "the largest player in our market". The tobacco division claims to be "the largest seller of cigarette tobacco in Arizona".
