  • As someone who has actually worked for the Hawai'i State Judiciary, I take offense at the recent deletion of all use of the 'okina in this article. The official rendering of the Hawai'i State Judiciary, as prescribed by law, in fact uses the 'okina -- on the official seal, all official docket forms, all case files, all published opinions of the associate justices and the chief justice and the official website. The name is actually trademarked for official use with the 'okina. It is Hawai'i State Judiciary, not Hawaii State Judiciary. --Gerald Farinas 01:24, 16 Jul 2004 (UTC)
