Hawley Pratt

Hawley Pratt (born June 9, 1911 in Seattle, Washington – died March 2, 1999 in Thousand Oaks, California) was an American film director and animator, who directed (or co-directed) all The Pink Panther Show cartoons and two Dr. Seuss animated television specials: The Cat in the Hat and Dr. Seuss on the Loose.
