The Hawaiʻi State Intermediate Court of Appeals is the second highest court of the Hawaiʻi State Judiciary and shares jurisdiction over appeals from lower courts with the Hawaiʻi State Supreme Court. While the supreme court reviews cases over the formulation of law, the intermediate court of appeals reviews cases for errors.
