Have a Nice Day is Bon Jovi's ninth studio album. The album has sold 4,500,000 copies worldwide and has gone platinum in the USA and several other countries. The album produced the hit singles "Have A Nice Day" and "Who Says You Can't Go Home", as well as the internationally-released single "Welcome To Wherever You Are"." The album was more successful than Bounce and is Bon Jovi's most successful album since Crush.
The album was met with a positive response by both fans and critics, as it was seen as a "return to rock" by many. The album musically still was seen as "pop-rock" in the same veins as Crush and Bounce, but was praised for being lyrically and musically more aggressive. The album is also considered to contain the best lyrics since These Days.
The album went to number one in 15 countries and was number one around the world for one week. It went to number two in the USA and UK. It went to number one in Australia.

- "These Open Arms" was released as a track for the Japan version, but it was released in the US to be sung by Clay Aiken on A Thousand Different Ways.
- A bonus edition of the album was released which included a 5-track live DVD and other "special features". The live footage was recorded during a concert in Atlantic City in November of 2004.
