Hatta is one of the biggest villages in Damoh district in the state of Madhya Pradesh, India. It is also head quarters of Hatta Tehsil.

The village is located at [1]. It is about 30km north of Damoh on the banks of river Sunar.

As per 1991 census, the total population of the village is 22937 -- 12141 males and 10796 females. The population of the Hatta Tehsil is 108339 (57183 males, 51156 females).
