Hathyar

Hathyar is a 1989 Indian Hindi movie directed by J.P. Dutta . The music is by Laxmikant Pyarelal. the film focusses on the underworld and stars Dharmendra as a underworld Don . The don is more realistic than the usual caricature dons in hindi movies. The film also is more realistic than previous attempts at gang movies in India. Rishi Kapoor plays Dharmendra's idealistic estranged brother, and Sunjay Dutt plays a shooter who is a weapon ( Hathyar) used by the gangs in their war. Paresh Rawal is the rival don, Kulbhushan Kahrbanda and Asha Parekh play Sunjay Dutt's parents and Amrita Singh his love interest. Sangeeta Bijlani also stars as Rishi's wife.
