I need to find or, and this is unsettling, create a template detailing a future event that will effect the status of an article i.e. this one, when on 1st January 2007 the content will need to be transposed to the past tense. If you are reading this because your attention was attracted by the above template; thank you. This article needs editing into the past tense, as the municipality ceased to exist on January 1st 2007.
