The two provided are correct, but I thought I might try to complete the list, since if a reader has taken the trouble to click on the image, he or she might be interested.

In addition to Speedwell and Periwinkle (Vinca), there are: Forget-me-nots, English Daisies (red and bicolor), White Heartsease (Viola tricolor), Sweet Violet (Viola odorata), Thistle of some kind, and Yellow (or white?) primrose.

I have no idea what the orange thing is... I don't think putting a "the" in front of the flower names is necessary. (i.e. rather than 'the periwinkle', simply 'periwinkle'). Finally, there are actually two butterflies in the border. It's a beautiful page, by the way.
