Hassan Djamous

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hassan Djamous (died 1989) was a Commander in Chief of the Chadian Army and a cousin of current Chadian President Idriss Déby.[1].

Djamous was killed on orders of Hissène Habré, a former President, who suspected him of plotting a coup d'état along with his cousin, Déby, and Mahamat Itno, Minister of the Interior; Déby was the only one of the three who survived.[2]
