Harvey Rosen is the current mayor of the city of Kingston, Ontario, Canada.

Rosen's main focus upon election was to make a concrete decision on the future of the dilapidated Kingston Memorial Centre. Currently, plans for a large venue entertainment centre, such as the John Labatt Centre in London, are in the works. His father's name was Harry and he started Kingston's oil company Rosen Fuels.

Harvey Rosen was re-elected on the night of November 13th 2006 by only a slim margin of 731 votes, against candidate & councillor Rick Downes.
