Harvey Pratt

Harvey Phillip Pratt (born 1941) is a Native American artist. Celebrated as a painter and sculptor, he is also considered one of the leading forensic artists in the United States. He was born in El Reno, Oklahoma and is a member of the Cheyenne & Arapaho tribes where he is recognized as one of the traditional Cheyenne Peace Chiefs. He currently lives in Guthrie, Oklahoma.
