Harvester Restaurants is a family-oriented restaurant chain with more than 150 outlets in the United Kingdom. The chain specialises in flame-grilled food and help-yourself salad carts.

Harvester was acquired from Trust House Forte[citation needed] in 1998 by Mitchells and Butlers, which owns more than 2,000 public houses and entertainment establishments. It was then sold to Six Continents Retail in 2001, before returning to the hands of Mitchells and Butlers in 2002.
