Harv Stewart was born in Ottawa, Ontario and raised in Aylmer, Quebec. Listed as the Coast Magazine's Best Radio Jockey in Halifax four straight years. Harv was the morning sports guy on Halifax FM radio Q104. He is also a fixture Monday nights on Eastlink Television with his sports show Harv's Sportsland (formerly AJ/Harv and Company - AJ being Alex J. Walling). Harv's Sportsland is an hour of sports talk on Monday night from 8pm to 9pm Atlantic Time. It is co-hosted by Brad and Cecil, and features the opinions of armchair quarterbacks from Atlantic Canada. Harv's begins every show with his signature "Lets get after it!"

He began his career in Alberta, starting in Edmonton and working his way to Calgary, and now resides in Halifax where he is a fan of the Saint Mary's Huskies and the Halifax Mooseheads. He is also a fan of the New York Giants.
