Harshpur is a village in the state of Uttar Pradesh in the Pratapgarh district. Harshpur is also pronounced as Harakhpur The population of this village is over five hundred. Most of the population of this village lives in Badki bakhri. The people of this village worship Pehalwan vir Baba. It is believed that they call the Hindu god Hanuman by the name of Pehlwan vir Baba. The villagers have also built a temple of pehlwan Vir Baba close to the oldest well of the village.
