Harry Wincott

Harry Wincott was a song writer born, as Alfred James Walden, the first day of 1867 in London. He is the writer of many popular pub songs from the turn of the century. His songs include The Old Dun Cow, Mademoiselle from Armentières, Any Old Iron, How's Your Father? and Boiled Beef and Carrots.

He composed songs for artists such as: Dan Leno, Marie Lloyd, Charles Austin, The Great Vance, Vesta Tilley, Florrie Ford, Kate Carney
