Harriet Fay

Harriet Eleanor Fay (October 29, 1829 – February 27, 1924) was the great-grandmother of U.S. President George H. W. Bush and great-great-grandmother of current President George W. Bush.
Fay was born in Savannah, Georgia. She married Rev. James Smith Bush on February 24, 1859, in Trinity Church, New York City, and together they had just one child, Samuel P. Bush, named after Harriet Fay's grandfather, Samuel Prescott Phillips Fay (January 10, 1778 - May 18, 1856).
Fay died in Boston, Massachusetts.
