Harold Howard

Harold Howard is a Canadian mixed martial artist who earned a blackbelt in Goju-Ryu Karate under Grandmaster Yogi Isreal and later competed in the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

Howard grew up in Niagara Falls, Ontario where fighting was instilled in his nature. He began training at a young age and quickly earned a name for himself at the gym and around his local town both for his brash fighting style and camp hairstyles.

Howard's first professional fight was in UFC 3 - The American Dream, where his first opponent was Roland Payne, he scored a KO in 46 seconds and went on to fight the feared Brazilian, Royce Gracie who threw in the towel before the fight due to exhaustion from his previous bout. Following the two wins he succumbed to three losses against Steve Jennum, Mark Hall and Hugo Duarte all due to submission (strikes). His professional career was short lived running for only two years, cut short by injury.
