Harmen Steenwijck

Harmen Steenwijck (1612–1656 or 1659) was a Dutch painter of still lifes, notably of fruit. He was born in Delft and died at Leiden in 1656 or 1659. Steenwijck is best known for his visual sermon in the painting An Allegory of the Vanities of Human Life at the National Gallery, London.
