Harlem shake
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Harlem shake, originally called the albee, became mainstream in 2001 when G-Dep featured the Harlem shake in his music video Special Delivery.
Although the dance came up around 2000, it was started in the early 1980s in Harlem, New York. The Harlem shake later evolved into the Chicken noodle soup dance, a dance that exploded in popularity during the summer 2006, aided by the eponymous street anthem by DJ Webstar and Young B.

The "Harlem Shake" is done by moving one shoulder down towards the ground, as to which to other shoulder is not able to be seen. As you are doing that, you are also shimmying. After you do that, you then switch your shoulders by continuing to shimmy your arms in the same movement and then you just SWITCH! After you have done that, you have mastered the "Harlem Shake".
