Hardy Rawls

Hardy Rawls (born November 18, 1952 is an American character actor. His most notable role was as "Dad" (Don Wrigley) on the briefly popular Nickelodeon television series The Adventures of Pete & Pete. His first role was in the film D.A.R.Y.L. as baseball coach "Bull McKenzie."
He has also portrayed the "lonely" Maytag Repairman for the last three years, having taken the place of the late Gordon Jump. Maytag announced on April 2, 2007 that he is being replaced by Clay Jackson of Richmond, VA. He has also made guest appearances on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Law & Order: Criminal Intent.
