Hardwicke House

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hardwicke House was a 1987 ITV sitcom which was cancelled after just two episodes.

It was set in a large school, featuring a teacher who was a multiple murderer, and a deputy headmaster who lusted after schoolgirls. The broadcast of the first two episodes (an hour-length premiere and a second 30-minute episode) on consecutive evenings caused such a storm of protest that the series was pulled from broadcast. The remaining five episodes have never been shown.
