Harbour Group Industries acquires and consolidates manufacturing companies in fragmented industries. The company's current portfolio includes North American companies in several diverse sectors, including auto accessories, plastic-processing equipment, and music and entertainment. Since its founding in 1976, Harbour Group has acquired more than 140 companies; most have been combined with similar acquisitions. In 2005 Harbour Group acquired Lincoln Industrial , a provider of lubrication systems and equipment and related products. The following year it bought Alemite, which makes industrial lubricant components, from Sentinel Capital Partners.CEO Sam Fox controls Harbour Group Industries.
