Harbour Expressway

Harbour Expressway is a four-lane, undivided expressway with signalized intersections in Thunder Bay, Ontario. It runs from the Thunder Bay Expressway to Fort William Rd.
Work is underway to extend[1] the Harbour Expressway 13 kilometres to the Twin City Crossroads in Oliver Paipoonge. The highway will become the new Highway 11/17, with the former Highway 11/17 being renamed Highway 61. Later phases of construction will eventually connect the highway to Shabaqua
