[edit] Space Mountain (Paris)
Hey, A recent change had Space Mountain : Mission 2 listed as only being called that for the duration of the celebration. However, I'm near positive that the overlay is permanent (think Tower of Terror 4 at Disney MGM Studios etc.) The attraction has had a fairly large rehab and I dont really see it as going away after the 18 months. Can anyone spread some light on the situation? KC. 03:08, 1 January 2006 (UTC)
Sure. The decision to refurb Space Mountain was boosted by the possibilty of it being tied into the Happiest Celebration on Earth, and so the ride's official re-opening was one of the major parts of the celebration at DLRP. It was called Mission 2 as a marketing ploy to entice guests back to ride an almost completely new attraction, and after 18 months, the resort will take off the Mission 2 and just revert to plain old Space Mountain; the new configurations and upgrades will still be there, but they won't be new anymore after a year and a half. --Speedway 11:35, 1 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Hidden "Mickey 50 Ears"
Since people think the Hidden "Mickey 50 Ears" article should be merged into some article, I think it should be merged into this article because it is a part of Disneyland's 50th Aniversary. Otherwise, the Hidden "Mickey 50 Ears" article should be left alone. Jonyyeh 23:42, 24 September 2006 (UTC)
- Against - No Merge. I do agree with leaving the article alone. The 50 Ears Article is long with the list and images, it would be too bulky in other articles. LordBleen 23:57, 26 September 2006 (UTC)
- "Against"- I agree with LordBleen.....It is such a long list, however I do feel an explanation should be given in the Happiest Homecoming article to explain the 50 Mickey Icons ........jw 00:47, 25 February 2007 (UTC)
