Hapton railway station services the village of Hapton 5 km (3 miles) east of Burnley Central railway station on the East Lancashire Line operated by Northern Rail.

Monday to Saturday, there is an hourly service from Hapton to Burnley Central and Colne (eastbound) and Blackpool South via Blackburn and Preston (westbound). On Sundays, there is a two-hourly service in each direction.
