Happy Birthday is a forthcoming Hindi film to be directed by Sriram Raghavan. The film will star John Abraham, Shilpa Shetty and Aishwarya Rai in principal roles [1][2]. The film will also see Paresh Rawal in a supporting role with Amitabh Bachchan in a special appearance [3].

Happy Birthday will be shot partially in both India and Europe. Written and directed by Sriram Raghavan, Happy Birthday has been said to be a commercial entertainer with science-fiction elements. C.K. Muralidharan will handle cinematography while Vishal-Shekhar compose the music for the film. Happy Birthday went on floors in November 2006 and is slated for release in August 2007 [2].
