Happiness is Camping is a non-profit ACA accredited camp. The camp is located in Blairstown, New Jersey. The camp itself, is run by the Happiness is Camping foundation, but the camp is called the Outdoor Center at Happiness is Camping. During the summer, there is a summer camp program for children with cancer and their siblings.

Before the camp was called the Outdoor Center at Happiness is Camping, it was called Camp Gramercy. One year, however, a boy that was supposed to go to the camp acquired cancer. Murray Struver suggested that for that summer, they should allow children with cancer to go to the camp. Ever since 1980 the camp has been run by Happiness is Camping
