[edit] Wikipedians from Malaysia
- If you are from Malaysia, it would be nice if you could add your name on Wikipedia:Wikipedians/Malaysia. At the same time, please have a look at Wikipedia:Malaysia-related topics notice board. By the way, are you from Johor Bahru? And if you took the image yourself Image:Legaransegget.jpg, please state that it is released into GFDL or Public domain, so on. Otheriwse, your image may have to be deleted in the long run because wikipedia itself cannot accept images without its stating its origins. Cheers! Mr Tan 1 July 2005 16:28 (UTC)
- Tab, Yes, I took the picture myself. I'm quite new here. So can you explain to me how do I release it into GFDL or Public Domain? Do I need to do that for all my pages? --Haniff 1 July 2005 22:48 (UTC)
- Well, you will have to the terms carefully of GNU Free Documentation License and Public domain, and actually it is not release, but rather they are meant to safeguard copyright violations, etc.
Anyway, the article on Johor Bahru is in need of some rework. However, I don't go to JB that often, although I own a house there, so I am not very familiar with the overview and events of Johor Bahru. By the way, if you are from Johor Bahru, or if you have a lot of information on Johor Bahru, it will be nice if you can work with me together. I knew of the Sungei Segget project, and I knew that it is near City Square and Komtar, right? Cheers! Mr Tan 3 July 2005 13:38 (UTC)
Hey, nice to see more Msian here. Anyway, just want to inform you about the user-ms template. For native speaker, you should use user ms-N instead of user ms. __earth 11:18, July 27, 2005 (UTC)

Regarding Petronas edits: indeed, please leave an edit comment, as I now am not sure if your delete was vandalism or not. Could you elaborate? --MJ(☎|@|C) 09:08, 30 September 2005 (UTC).
[edit] Skudai Mall/Kemayan city
I noticed that you have reverted on Skudai. Do you get what I mean? The Kemayan city, if you travel by Skudai Highway, you will see an imcomplete structure that was abandoned during construction, just like North Korea's Ryugyong Hotel. Or Skudai Mall and Kemayan city two seperate shopping complexes? I have never heard of Skudai Mall all my life. Kemayan city, I believe, is located in Skudai, at the southern portion, and it can be seen if you travel by Skudai Highway. Or is it in Tampoi? I would like to get this clear. Thanks. Actually, Skudai Mall and Kemayan City are two different shopping malls. Skudai Mall is located in Skudai near Taman Tun Aminah. It was abandoned about 5-10 years ago (I'm not so sure exactly). Kemayan City on the other hand was abandoned even before it was opened. As for the location of Kemayan City, it is between Skudai and Tampoi and I'm not sure if it's actually in Skudai or not. So, if you would like to include Kemayan City as one of the shopping mall, I think it's ok but please do not replace the Skudai Mall. I will check maps or ask around if Kemayan City is in Skudai or Tampoi, but for now you can add it to the list. Hope this answers you. --Haniff 13:15, 22 December 2005 (UTC)
I have done so, along with the descriptions that you give. According to the Johor Bahru Street Directory, 1st editiob, Tampoi is under MBJB, area number 81200, while Taman Ungku Tun Aminah and Taman Sri Skudai, which is under Skudai, are both under MBJBT and hold the code number 81300. By the way, where is Kemayan city exactly located? Is it in Tun Aminah too? All I know is that it faces Jalan Skudai like Skudai Parade in the north. Thanks. Mr Tan 16:30, 24 December 2005 (UTC)
