Hanseen Abdelnaby

Hanseen Abdelnaby was an Egyptian colonel and a good friend of Egyptian President Gamal Abdel-Nasser. They met in the Battle of Fallujah in 1949. He was a large figure in the Second Egyptian Revolution the Egyptian Revolution with Free Officers and overthrew King Farouk and helped make Egypt the democracy it is today. After the revolution he was appointed governor of the Alexandria area and was also appointed General Directorate of the State Security Service when Egypt was buying nuclear weapons from the U.S.S.R. He died on 1982-04-17.
