Hans Raj Hans is a Punjabi singer who sings Punjabi Folk and Sufi music but has also sung in movies and released his own Indipop albums. He has worked alongside other renowned artists such as the late Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, as seen in the movie 'Kachhe Dhaage' [1]

Hans Raj Hans was born in Shafipur, near Jalandar, in the state of Punjab, India. He was trained by his guru, Ustad Puran Shakhoti, who gave him the surname 'Hans'.
