Hans Janmaat (November 3, 1934 - June 9, 2002) was a far-right politician in the Netherlands. He represented the Centrumpartij and his own Centrum Democraten political parties in the Tweede Kamer, the Dutch lower house of parliament, between 1982 and 1998, when his party lost all of its (three) seats in parliament. Thus, he withdrew from politics.

The policies that he advocated included the forced removal of all foreigners from the Netherlands. He was repeatedly convicted for discrimination and hate speech.
