Hank Waring

Hank Waring is a singer, songwriter and musician from Southern Ohio. He began recording country music as a teenager and fronted two successful bands in the 1980's and 1990's— The Whiskey River Band and Northern Express. Waring's self-penned single "Southern Ohio" was a regional hit in the early 1980's. Today, Waring continues to write songs, record, and do live performances.
In 2004, the Whiskey River Band reunited for a Fourth of July show in Portsmouth, Ohio, after being apart for twenty years.
