Henry "Hank" F. Fraley (born September 21, 1977 in Gaithersburg, Maryland), is a National Football League offensive lineman for the Cleveland Browns. He was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2000 and then traded that same year to the Philadelphia Eagles. He was traded to the Cleveland Browns on September 2, 2006. He was a non-scholoarship player at Division I-AA Robert Morris University near Pittsburgh. In his first ever NFL game (vs St. Louis Rams on September 9, 2001), Fraley was fined for an illegal downfield block. Fraley and his successor appeared on the cover of the August 14, 2006 issue of Sports Illustrated--a rare feat for an offensive lineman.
